RETURNS
In the super unlikely event that you wish to return your product, here’s what you should do!
First things first, email us at hello@thecarpits.com with your order number and a description of what’s wrong, so that we can mark it as a return and help you receive your refund quicker.
Your products must be returned in perfect original sale condition with a note indicating your order number. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original tags still attached and packaging intact. We will not be able to offer a refund if these terms are not respected.
Return postage is payed by the buyer - unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault, in which case we will refund the return postage.
